Following the Easter break we have received significantly more calls and online medical requests than the surgery can provide. NHS 111 are also able to provide medical assistance. If you have a life threatening medical emergency please dial 999.
If your condition is less than urgent, please visit the NHS website www.nhs.uk or the NHS APP on your telephone, to review your symptoms and self-management. Please also consider contacting your local pharmacy for further guidance.
Alternatively, if you complete an online medical case request via our website, and we clinically deem your condition is URGENT and needs to be seen TODAY we will aim to call you back within the same day.
If you feel your condition needs to be seen within 2 weeks please state this in your request.
If your condition could wait longer than 2 weeks, please consider waiting until after the Easter break surge has been met.
Thank you for your cooperation during this exceptionally busy week.
Like most areas of the NHS our services are currently under significant pressure. We'd be really grateful if you could take a few moments to check the excellent NHS website for advice before requesting an appointment with our team.
